I’ve worked with Combit Construction on my kitchen extension project. It was a big project, but Igor and his guys did an excellent job, accommodating all my requests. I’m very pleased with the final results. Igor also provides 1 year guarantee on the work his guys are doing, which I’m very happy to see.

I chose Combit Construction after a google search for renovation specialists in North London. I was renovating a two bedroom flat and wanted to get a few quotes for the job. I received quotes from three different companies and I went with Combit.
I chose Combit because I found Igor to be very thorough with understanding what I wanted to achieve, my budget, and time scale. Igor’s quote was not the cheapest however, it was the most thorough, and well thought out.
Throughout the build I found that Igor’s workmen were working to a very high standard and when challenges arose Igor knew how to resolve them.
I would have no doubt in recommending Igor to others and he would be the first person I would turn to for future projects.

I worked with Combit to extend and open-plan the ground floor of our home. Igor, Rezo, Ivan, Oleg and the rest of the team always worked tirelessly to ensure the highest possible quality and that we were always satisfied with the work being done. Igor is a trustworthy adviser, always on-hand to provide creative recommendations and collaborate together through any challenges that our project encountered. I would give the highest possible recommendation to Igor and his team, without reservation. I look forward to working again with them in future.

Igor and his team did a 2nd project in our house. This time it was constructing outbuilding in our garden – gym + shower room + sauna. Plus also renovating our garden in the process.
Guys did a great job, as always, we’re happy with the results. I’d recommend Combit Renovations company.

Thank you to Igor and his team for taking on our large downstairs and first floor bathroom renovation project. Igor and his guys were thorough and professional, worked quickly and carried on with the works while my family and I were still living in the house. They completed the job by our requested deadline.

Igor and hist Combit team completed a big and complicated flat renovation for us. We basically completely redid our whole flat, that is change all flooring throughout (level, sound insulate, and new flooring), change all ceilings throughout (level, sounds insulate, and new lights), new kitchen, two new bathrooms, renovate/improve our balcony, etc. Moreover, we’ve done all this while abroad keeping in touch with Igor on a nearly daily basis through a combination of calls, videos, and messages – which he was sending us about our project.
We’re extremely happy with the end result (see pictures). We obviously encountered quite a few unexpected problems along the way and Igor & his team were really good at resolving them. The end result is very high quality, even better than we had hoped! See for examples how nice the flooring looks or how nice the tiles were installed in the bathrooms. My neighbors also commended the team for being very tidy & quiet in the common areas.

Igor and his team did our rear extension, which included significant demolition, structural alterations and bespoke interiors. The project has its set of challenges as we found some surprises in our existing structure after the demolition phase, but full marks to Igor and his team for being patient, methodical, solution focused, and always coming up with creative ideas to solve problems. We were staying upstairs with young kids through the duration of our project and Igor’s team were extremely sensitive to this, respected our space, and minimising disruptions where possible. The finish is fantastic, and all thanks to Igor. They also subsequently returned to rectify minor snagging one year after completion demonstrating his commitment to customer care.

My wife and I went with Combit Construction for our garage conversion and we are very happy with the end result. The construction was at a period when COVID restrictions were in force, but Igor made sure the project completed on time and on budget despite additional works that were unforeseen. He went above and beyond to make us happy, including liaising with the Local Planning Officer on certain matters on our behalf. We felt the pricing was competitive, and the builders were professional and reliable. Highly recommended.

We renovated our 2 bedroom apartment using Combit Construction. Igor and his team are very hard working and reliable. Any queries were answered immediately. Igor gave us advice and quickly came up with solutions and suggestions for challenges that we encountered. At the end we were quite pressured for time, but the team made it possible for us to move in without major delays.

“We needed to convert our garage into a room years ago but because of our bad experiences with builders in the past we could not face the mess, the music, the shouting, the not knowing whether the builders were going to show up, the starting late and leaving early afternoon, all the problems they kept telling us we had, the surprised extras on our final invoice, etc.
However, it came to a point that we really had to convert the garage and on asking around we were recommended to Igor at Combit Construction.
From the moment we spoke to Igor and subsequently met him, our faith in builders was restored. He is totally dedicated to his work and we felt like his only clients because he came round so many times during the day to check on the work. He always makes himself available to speak to you and always very obliging and helpful.
We cannot recommend this building firm highly enough.
We found everyone extremely efficient, hardworking, reliable and so polite.
They were unobtrusive – never heard a raised voice or radio. Always tidied both inside and outside every day and always were helpful with suggestions and ideas.
They took a pride in their work, were loyal to each other and always so helpful to us in so many ways. Never came to us with problems – they solved the problems, and the only extras on our final invoice was what we had added on ourselves – Igor always keeping us aware of the additional cost.
Furthermore I know they will also give a good aftercare service.”

I was let down by my previous builders and called Combit Construction to help me to finish my project – converting 4 bedroom house into HMO.
Igor provided me with a very detailed quotation and reasonable cost.
I felt that I could trust Igor and his team as the project took off quickly and progressed very well.
It was a pleasure to work with Igor, as he gave us lots of helpful advise and took care of entire project.
Our communication was really good. I received video and photo reports regularly.
I came to visit the project only once – at the completion. I was really happy about all building stages and was very delighted to see the completed project with all attentions to the details.
I would happily recommend Igor and his Combit Construction team to everyone and definitely looking forward to use him again in my next projects.

It was a delight to know workers who took pride in their work.
They were professional, thoughtful, respectful, on time and went the extra mile to complete the job in the allocated time.
Igor and his team worked on demolishing a back garden wall and replacing it with wood panels. Concrete the back garden. Pointing exterior walls. Painting exterior of whole house . Repair and render window sills. Power washing some areas making it look like new.
Carried out some small extra work, all at high standards.
I am very pleased with the completed project and would recommend Combit Construction.

Igor and his team did a fantastic job with my extension and extensive groundworks/landscaping, working through a very wet winter and Covid (within guidelines). The quality of the work is exceptionally high – Igor and his team think about both the aesthetics (they all have incredible attention to detail and provide suggestions on the finishes) and the long-term functionality and practicality of the build – they do not cut corners. Igor and his team were very polite and friendly and you could see genuine delight in making their clients happy. I would highly recommend Combit.

I just had extention work done to my house (loft, side and back extension). Amazing and friendly team and more importantly started and finished on time. Price is reasonable and quality is high. Helped me through planning permission, building regulations and contraction work!! Always available when needed. My wife is happy with everything especially new kitchen !!
Would definitely use them again!

We hired Combit Construction for a rear extension and interior refurbishment on two floors.
Igor was pleasant to deal with throughout and his work is of a high standard. He made helpful suggestions along the way and gave us tips which saved us money. His workers were pleasant to have in the house and took pride in their work. They left everything clean and tidy at the end of the day.
Igor has been back several times to fill in cracks etc. It is easy to contact him and if he can’t take a call, he will always return it later.
I have no hesitation in recommending him.

We needed some structural modifications made on our new house, however, only just moving to London we did not have any contacts.
After researching numerous builders we found Combit Construction who were the first company who we felt comfortable working with.
Igor was always readily available and talked a great deal of sense, without confusing the customer with building jargon.
They were able to give us a date that fitted with our schedules well and completed the whole job in a day without fuss, and all at an excellent price!
I would highly recommend them to anyone and will certainly be look to use them again when we require further work.

Combit Construction turned up on time and carried out the work to a very high standard. The finish was very good and I was consulted on any change that had to be done. My budget wasn’t high but they treated me very well and provided a friendly service. They went the extra mile to produce a lovely kitchen for me. I would, and will, happily use them again.

Igor and his men took care of our office extention very professionally from start to finish.
They coped very well with a few unexpected situations that appeared on the job, showing high quality decision-making skills and sound judgment.

The front of our house was painted and re done with meticulous attention to detail.Our kitchen and living room were completely refurbished and heating system re done. we were given plenty of advice, the work is good quality and of a high standard. The living room was given another 3 coats of paint when we thought it was finished as Igor and his polite team are perfectionists. There is no cutting of corners and yet the price compares well. I would recommend Igor and his team to anybody and definitely use them again.
